Please join us as an exhibitor at the 2025 Pennsylvania NABIP Annual Conference – More than 400 attendees expected!
Booth Notes
Each Exhibitor registration fee includes two (2) attendees, optional electrical connection and wireless internet access
Each booth includes an 8’ long, draped table and two chairs.
Exhibitor Booth Set up: April 1st 3-5:30pm | April 2nd 8-10:30am
– Additional set up time available by request. – All Exhibitor Booths must be set up by 10:30am, NO EXCEPTIONS
Breakdown: 5:30pm at conclusion of the cocktail hour with Exhibitors.
We ask that you plan accordingly to remain for the duration of the conference and not break down your booth prior to conclusion of event.
Trade show booths and/or materials may be shipped up to one week in advance to:
