Previously, Sue served as President of Group & Military at Humana, overseeing the growth and profitability of employer group medical and specialty products and leading the nation’s largest Military Health Services contract through TRICARE. Her career also includes 16 years of senior leadership at UnitedHealth Group across Medicaid and Commercial markets, along with executive sales roles at Cigna and Marsh.

The Medicare Program

Savoy’s Ashlyn Sanders, Vice President, Consumer and Senior Markets at Savoy, welcomes guest presenters who will explore the different parts of Medicare, the ways to become Medicare eligible, and details on Medicare enrollment, including late enrollment penalties. The presentation will also touch on employer requirements under Medicare, including reporting to CMS and distributing the Medicare Part D notices and Medicare Secondary Payer rules. We will also cover how HSAs and COBRA interact with Medicare, and how to take advantage of the opportunities presented under Medicare.
